Job Title: Software Engineer – RPA & Document Intelligence

About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to join our Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain automation and document intelligence solutions that turn complex, large-scale data sources into structured, actionable artifacts — driving real efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation and document intelligence solutions using Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure.
- Convert large, multi-hundred-page PDFs and complex data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts.
- Perform advanced software engineering duties, including solution design, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, and infrastructure support.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, web services, and databases to support end-to-end business process automation.
- Partner with Agile teams operating in Kanban or Scrum environments to drive continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
Minimum qualifications
- 8 years of hands-on experience with RPA development, including at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism for attended and unattended bots interacting with websites.
- 8 years of experience integrating RPA with APIs and databases, including RESTful web services and SQL databases.
- 8 years of experience developing reports and documents based on structured and unstructured data.
- 8 years of experience building analytics based on structured and unstructured data.
Preferred qualifications
- 4 years of experience with Azure infrastructure, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
- 4 years of experience with Power Automate development, including Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- 4 years of proficiency in the Java programming language.
- 4 years of experience working with Power BI and SQL.
- 4 years of experience utilizing Azure AI and Cognitive Search.
- Active Blue Prism Certification.
- Active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.
