Schedule: Days | Full-time | 8 am - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri with some weekends on call

Salary: $46,800.00 - $68,445.00 per year

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Master Social Worker, preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience preferred.

Long Term Care experience.
