Salary: $24.30 - $33.87 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Intake & Eligibility: Manage the entry process and determine if potential clients meet program requirements.
  • Social History & Assessment: Obtain comprehensive backgrounds from clients/families to inform the initialservice plan of care.
  • Client Advocacy: Resolve complex problems by clarifying issues, determining causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Track client progress and ensure all required social services are obtained and maintained.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Must have CADC certification
