Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join the Education Marketing Team. This role will drive B2B and B2C social media strategies targeting healthcare audiences, managing multi-platform campaigns, and delivering impactful digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B & B2C social media marketing strategies
- Manage and maintain platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand messaging
- Maintain and execute a content calendar with diverse content formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall marketing strategy
- Support omnichannel campaign planning for both digital and live programs
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns within budget
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and trends
- Act as a social media subject matter expert internally
- Support sales enablement and training initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools
- Experience managing B2B and B2C campaigns
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medical education marketing
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting platforms
