Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role that will be 2-3x per week for a Social Media Marketing Intern, located in White Plains, NY. The internship will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, assisting with Instagram posts and reels, editing materials on Canva and launching the company's first Tik Tok. We are looking for someone who has a professional yet simplistic vision for commercial real estate marketing. All candidates will need to provide a brief portfolio of their digital marketing creations to showcase their skillset. This is an unpaid internship.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Experience in Instagram, Tik Took, Reel Creation, Canva and Adobe
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with content planning tools and data analytics platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
