The Role:
We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager / Content Creator to own and lead Woxer’s organic social presence end-to-end.
This is not a traditional content production role or freelance-style position. We’re looking for someone deeply embedded in the brand—a true owner who understands Woxer’s voice, audience, and positioning, and makes decisions with that lens every day.
You will be responsible for building, shaping, and scaling our organic social strategy, while also being the person who brings it to life on camera and behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is someone who is fully committed to one brand, lives and breathes social media, and is excited to become a recognizable face and voice of Woxer.
What You’ll Do:
Own Organic Social Strategy
- Define and evolve Woxer’s social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok
- Develop content pillars, storytelling angles, and creative direction
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand positioning
Create & Execute Content
- Concept, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels & TikToks)
- Act as on-camera talent when relevant, representing the brand authentically
- Ensure content feels native, engaging, and aligned with current trends
Drive Growth & Performance
- Own key social metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy
- Test new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches
Lead Creative Direction & Collaborations
- Identify and source creators for collaborations and campaigns
- Decide when to feature external creators vs. in-house content
- Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, translating them into brand-relevant content
Partner Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with the Social Media Director and broader marketing team
- Align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Ownership mindset: You think like a brand builder, not a task executor
- Deep social expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems
- On-camera confidence: Comfortable being the face and voice of the brand
- Creative + strategic balance: You can both ideate and execute at a high level
- Content creation skills: Filming and editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Trend fluency: You’re early to trends and know how to adapt them authentically
- Full commitment: Excited to go all-in on one brand (not freelancing across multiple clients)
- Self-starter mentality: Able to operate independently and make decisions
