About The Role
Monument Realty is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Intern to support the presence of our Frisco office and surrounding local markets. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands social trends, and wants real, hands-on experience building a brand at the hyper-local level.
You’ll play a key role in capturing the energy of our agents, our culture, and our involvement in the community — helping bring our Frisco presence to life across social platforms. You’ll also work closely with Monument’s co-owners and Frisco office leadership to help elevate and support local social accounts, gaining direct exposure to high-level brand and business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Capture photo and video content at the Frisco office, agent events, and local community events
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Assist in planning and executing a local content calendar
- Highlight agent wins, listings, office culture, and community involvement
- Support and collaborate with co-owners and Frisco leadership on local social initiatives
- Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Support coverage of local events, partnerships, and activations
- Engage with followers and help grow the local audience
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on iPhone or similar devices
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
- Creative eye for content, storytelling, and branding
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to be in-office and attend local events (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Interest in real estate, lifestyle, or local community content is a plus
