Company Description
The Leasing Experts is a high-growth, AI forward, real estate marketing and leasing firm specializing in new development lease-ups, digital strategy, and performance-driven marketing. We work with developers and owners to drive leasing velocity through data, creative, and execution.
This is not a “sit back and observe” internship. You’ll be directly involved in executing marketing campaigns that generate real leads, real tours, and real leases.
We’re looking for someone who understands digital culture, moves fast, and wants to learn how marketing actually drives revenue—not just likes.
What You’ll Do
Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist in building and optimizing email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promos)
- Segment audiences and improve targeting strategies
- Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions—and recommend improvements
- Help manage CRM workflows (Salesforce / Google Sheets-based systems)
Paid Advertising (Google + Meta)
- Support setup and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (search, display)
- Assist with keyword research and competitor targeting
- Monitor performance and identify ways to improve cost per lead
- Help test ad creatives, headlines, and landing page alignment
Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create and schedule short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to real estate marketing
- Assist in building a consistent content calendar
- Engage with followers and track performance metrics
Content & Creative
- Write captions, email copy, and light blog/SEO content
- Assist with video shoots, editing, and basic graphic design
- Help develop branding and campaign concepts for new developments
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across platforms
- Build simple reports on leads, conversions, and engagement
- Identify what’s working—and what’s not

- SEO strategy & keyword targeting

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content, or real estate
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn fast
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and analytics
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Required
- Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Claude proficiency that can be demonstrated
- Experience running social accounts or side projects
- Interest in real estate, startups, or entrepreneurship
