Social Media Content Creator (Personal Injury Law Firm Experience Required – Remote)

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm based in New Jersey seeking a Social Media Content Creator with prior law firm experience to support our organic content strategy.

We already produce high-quality video content (sports partnerships, community events, legal content), and we are looking for someone to complement our efforts with consistent, high-quality static posts.


IMPORTANT: Applicants must have prior experience creating social media content for a law firm and must provide examples. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Create 5 static social media posts per week (Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  • Design carousel and single-image graphics
  • Write engaging, compliant captions focused on personal injury topics
  • Incorporate relevant legal keywords (car accidents, slip and fall, work injuries, etc.)
  • Align content with ongoing campaigns and video content
  • Collaborate directly with marketing director (weekly, potentially daily at the start)


Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating social media content for a law firm (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to provide portfolio/examples of law firm-related content
  • Experience with personal injury content strongly preferred
  • Ability to design professional static graphics (Canva, Adobe, AI tools)
  • Strong writing skills for legal-focused content
  • Reliable and responsive communicator


Compensation:

$500/month

~20 posts per month (5 per week)
