About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to support day-to-day content and social execution across our growing portfolio of brands. This role will work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to help bring brand storytelling to life across platforms, while keeping content organized and ensuring smooth execution from shoot to publish.


This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who is both creative, highly organized, and excited to support across content production, organization, and posting.


What You’ll Do

  • Organize, tag, and maintain content libraries across campaigns, shoots, and ongoing brand needs
  • Review and sort photo and video assets, supporting in identifying selects for social and marketing use
  • Assist with shoot prep and attend shoots to capture behind-the-scenes and social-first content
  • Support posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Assist with day-to-day community management, including monitoring comments and DMs
  • Help maintain content calendars and support timely execution of posts
  • Support the Social Media & Content Manager in ensuring content aligns with brand voice and direction
  • Stay up to date on social trends and platform updates, sharing ideas with the team
  • Provide general support across content and social initiatives as needed


Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing large volumes of content
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube, including general platform best practices
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and excited to be on set when needed
  • A clear communicator who works well as part of a team
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow


Bonus If You Have

  • Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
  • Experience working with creators or influencer-driven brands
  • A strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling


Location

This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City, with regular on-site collaboration and shoot support required.
