SOC Operator – Full Time – Chandler, AZ

Wage: $20.00-$24.00/HR

Shift 7: Thurs - Sat & Every Other Wed: 0700 - 1900 Hours

The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after.  If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

• Standard computer / technology skills needed.

   

• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
• 1-3 years of experience in a security operations center setting.

• Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience preferred but not required.
