SMT Operator

Overview: We are hiring an SMT Operator to support high-volume PCB assembly within a controlled manufacturing environment.

This role sits directly on the production floor and supports daily build schedules for electronic assemblies.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of SMT operating experience in a production environment
• Hands-on experience loading feeders and monitoring machines
• Experience working in electronics manufacturing or EMS environments
• Ability to read BOMs and assembly drawings
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO 9001, or SPC

What you will do

• Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place machines
• Run automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers
• Operate reflow ovens during soldering processes
• Load materials and monitor production performance
• Perform manual component placement when required
• Conduct detailed visual inspection of PCBs
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Equipment exposure

• Pick-and-place machines such as Hitachi, ASM, or GSM
• Stencil printers including MPM or DEK
• Reflow ovens used for mass soldering
• Training provided on site
