Director of Slot Operations

The Opportunity
The Director of Slot Operations will oversee all aspects of slot performance, floor strategy, and team leadership. You will drive revenue growth through floor optimization, product mix strategy, analytics, and strong vendor partnerships—while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Slot Floor Strategy & Performance
- Design and evolve the slot floor to maximize coin-in and WPU
- Analyze performance using fair-share and variance reports
- Lead product mix decisions and underperformer replacements
- Vendor & Asset Management
- Negotiate with manufacturers and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee slot acquisitions, conversions, upgrades, and lifecycle planning
- Manage all slot-related inventory and equipment logistics
- Leadership & Operations
- Lead Slot Managers, Attendants, and Slot Tech leadership
- Build a strong, accountable, guest-focused culture
- Oversee slot tech operations, maintenance, and uptime
- Guest Experience & Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence
- Elevate player engagement and overall guest experience
- Manage departmental budget and expenditures
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 5+ years as Assistant Slot Director or 3+ years as Slot Director
- Proven success in slot game selection and vendor negotiations
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and operational leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Technical:
- AutoCAD, Excel, Google Workspace
- Slot systems, progressive setups, analytics (advanced preferred)
- Flexibility:
- Ability to work peak operating hours, weekends, and special events
