Duties and Responsibilities:
· Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests
· Enhances guest’s slot entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment
· Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every “Moment of Truth" interaction
· Develops customer loyalty by delivering unparalleled guest interactions
· Clearly communicates functionality of Slot Floor
· Verifies and countersigns hand paid jackpots
· Keep slot area clean and secure

· Jackpot/EGD Fill (manual).
· Buy Slip.
· Machine Entry Authorization Log.
· Order for Jackpot / EGD Fill/Billfold Jackpot Payout.
· Gratuity Deposit Form.
· Jackpot Slip.

· Variance Slip.
· Sensitive Key Control Log (Access to Sensitive Keys as prescribed in Section I-070 of these Accounting and Internal Control Procedures.)
