Slot Ambassador – Tropicana Laughlin
Why It’s More Than a Job
As a Slot Ambassador, you are the welcoming face of the casino floor. You ensure guests enjoy a seamless, exciting, and memorable gaming experience while supporting the Slot Shift Manager with daily operations. Your presence, service, and attention to detail help bring Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service to life.
What You’ll Do
- Protect company assets and maintain a secure gaming environment
- Assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive leadership
- Monitor the operation and performance of assigned slot machines
- Pay manual jackpots accurately and efficiently
- Replenish ticket printer paper and ensure machines remain operational
- Exchange currency for guests as requested
- Interact with players to create a fun, engaging gaming experience
- Identify and greet guests actively playing machines
- Inform guests of the benefits of joining the Players Club
- Direct guests to ATMs, Ticket Redemption machines, and other amenities
- Maintain clean, organized, and well‑kept slot areas
- Support the Slot Shift Manager with floor functions as assigned
- Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service at all times
- Must be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
