Slitter Operator – Direct Hire (3rd Shift)

We are hiring a Slitter Operator to join a manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is a direct‑hire opportunity with strong long‑term stability and excellent benefits, including 80% of employee benefits covered by the company.

This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine‑operation experience who enjoys hands‑on work, attention to detail, and working in a structured production environment.

• 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
• $20.50/hour
• Direct hire from day one

• Operate and monitor slitting equipment to cut large rolls of material into smaller, specified widths
• Set up machines and make adjustments based on job specifications
• Load and unload material rolls safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
• Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and document production results
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working 12‑hour overnight shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Willingness to work a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule
