Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Slack APIs and Bolt Framework.
• Implement and support Slack Enterprise Grid, including governance, security, and workspace management.
• Integrate Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other SaaS platforms.
• Develop real-time integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Ensure secure and scalable integration architecture with proper permissions and access controls.

Must Have:

• Strong experience with Slack API and Slack App Development.
• Hands-on experience integrating Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, or similar SaaS tools.
• Experience with OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
