Job Title: Site Skilled Trades Recruiter

We are partnered with an outstanding boutique staffing firm based in Texas with locations across the state, specializing in placing skilled trades professionals across industries. They urgently need a senior skilled trades recruiter to join its expanding San Antonio branches!
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles (electricians, welders, HVAC techs, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client site managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Screen, evaluate, and place candidates while negotiating offers and start dates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of skilled trades recruitment experience in staffing or agency settings.
- experience working an on-site client program
- Strong knowledge of the skilled trades industry, certifications, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
