Skilled Maintenance Technician / Carpenter – Rental Properties, New Construction & Remodeling (Full-Time)

We are currently hiring a Skilled Maintenance Technician / Carpenter to support our growing portfolio of rental property maintenance, new home construction, and residential remodeling projects. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable professional with strong carpentry, handyman, and general construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform property maintenance and repair services across multiple residential locations
• Install and adjust interior and exterior doors and windows
• Complete interior & exterior painting, trim work, and siding repairs
• Handle drywall patching and finishing
• Perform basic electrical work (installing light fixtures, replacing outlets)
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drainage solutions)
• Assist with roof shingle replacement and exterior drainage systems
• Repair/install vinyl fencing and composite decking
• Maintain and troubleshoot appliances and HVAC basics (furnace filters/repairs)
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance
• Proficient with power tools and hand tools
• Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to supervise small crews on new construction projects
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
