We’re looking for a top-tier Site Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes on schedule.

🚧 The Opportunity

As a Site Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site construction operations by driving schedules, leading trades, and ensuring every home meets our standards for quality and execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run sites efficiently, push production, and maintain high standards.

🔑 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the day-to-day construction of low-rise residential homes
• Driving build schedules and ensuring timely closings
• Leading and coordinating trades, subcontractors, and vendors
• Maintaining quality control and site standards
• Enforcing health & safety compliance
• Identifying issues early and solving them proactively
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver on budget and timelines

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of residential construction experience (low-rise)
• Proven ability to manage multiple homes/sites simultaneously
• Strong leadership and ability to drive performance on-site
• Solid understanding of Florida building codes and inspections
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Experience with construction scheduling and management tools
