Our client, a well-established and Top 5 growing organisation within the construction and site development sector, is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects across the Pittsburgh region.
An opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Produce regular progress reports and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experienced overseeing professionals on site development projects up to $20M.
- Strong background in construction, site development, civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant industry certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
