Shuttle Attendant Team Member – Job Description

Pay Rate $17.00 p/h (5 day of pay vacation after 6 month)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers as they board and exit the shuttle bus
  • Queue staff in line
  • Communicate with the driver as needed via radio
  • Understand emergency responses and make decisions in emergency situations
  • Help with finding staff vehicles
  • Control staff parking
  • Assist with staff staying in designated areas
  • Communicate walking path with staff if they want to walk to JPMC
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit
  • Provide information and directions as needed
  • Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with luggage or belongings as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior
  • Support the driver with boarding procedures and emergency protocols
  • Report incidents or maintenance needs to the supervisor
