Showroom Coordinator

A dynamic, multifaceted role at the heart of the Bronx and Banco experience. As the first person clients encounter and the operational backbone of the showroom, you will own everything from client relationships and e-commerce support to the day-to-day environment that makes our space exceptional.


Responsibilities

Client experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the showroom, delivering a warm, professional welcome every time
  • Schedule and manage private shopping appointments, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for every client
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through genuine care and consistent delivery on the brand promise
  • Demonstrate deep, current knowledge of the Bronx and Banco collection to confidently guide clients and support sales


E-commerce & customer service

  • Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, handling returns, exchanges, store credit, disputes, and refunds
  • Support the fulfilment of all customer orders placed in-showroom and through the brand website


Showroom operations

  • Maintain impeccable showroom standards — a pristine environment ready to impress at all times.
  • Own all supply management including stationery stocktakes, fridge stocking, and ordering replenishments proactively, watering the showroom plants
  • Manage inventory stocktakes, maintaining accurate records and flagging discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Provide broad operational support for showroom projects, general requests, and the senior executive team as needed


People, HR & IT

  • Partner with HR to support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for all team members
  • Liaise with IT to coordinate system access, equipment setup, and tech offboarding as part of the employee lifecycle process


Finance support

  • Support the Finance team in processing and managing staff fashion orders, ensuring accurate records and timely fulfilment


Requirements

  • 5+ years in retail, showroom, or executive assistant roles
  • A genuine passion for fashion and deep affinity for the Bronx and Banco brand
  • A proactive, high-energy mindset — you pick up the ball and run with whatever comes your way
  • Exceptional time management, strong ownership, and a high degree of self-awareness
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; flexibility to work varied hours and holidays as required
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
