Shipping Receiving Associate

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shippers to join our team on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire position offering $19.00 per hour for qualified candidates.

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Shipper is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and shipping finished goods while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull materials from the warehouse using finished goods picking lists, verifying product descriptions, colors, and part numbers
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (SAP RF Scanners) to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Band, crate, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with loading trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
• Must adhere to a non-tobacco workplace policy
• Willingness to complete training on warehouse systems and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) 
• Status: Temporary with potential for permanent hire
