Warehouse Associate

PrideStaff is seeking adependable Warehouse Associate for a client that is a well-known leading provider of plumbing-specific products/services located in Romeoville, Illinois. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer and team needs.

***THIS IS NOT A FORKLIFT POSITION***

Pay: $19-$21/hr (DOE)
7:30am-4:30pm M-F

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment or customer pickup
• Package materials securely to ensure safe transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks (manually)
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Support overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required)
