Position: Shipping Clerk

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am

Pay: $20 - $22

Status: Temp‑to‑Hire

Location: Marion, IA

Description:

Responsible for the following job duties including but not limited to:

• Operate a sit‑down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Pick, pull, stage, wrap, weigh, and pack product for shipment
• Read and follow work orders to pull correct materials and quantities
• Utilize RF scan guns and computer systems to track inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory and support warehouse operations
• General warehouse upkeep and equipment care
• Work independently while supporting a team environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sit‑down forklift experience
• OSHA forklift certification
• Shipping & receiving or material handling experience
• Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety‑first mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
