Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

This role focuses on shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse environment, including operating a forklift, performing inventory tasks, and completing accurate data entry. You will help ensure products move efficiently through the facility while maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day-to-day logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outgoing shipments and processing incoming deliveries.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products against documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular inventory tasks, including cycle counting and reconciling discrepancies.
• Complete accurate data entry related to inventory, shipments, and receipts in the appropriate systems or logs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Work independently or as part of a small team of 2–3 people to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines to protect people, equipment, and inventory.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to perform inventory tasks, including cycle counting and resolving discrepancies.
• Basic data entry skills to accurately record inventory and shipment information.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team of 2–3 people.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse environment that involves operating a forklift, handling physical inventory, and performing cycle counts. You will typically work either independently or with a small team of 2–3 people. The role requires comfort working around warehouse equipment and materials, moving through storage areas, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in line with safety and operational standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arcadia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Arcadia,CA.
