Shipping Assistant

We are seeking a Shipping Assistant for our growing team! This position is a full time position at our Irvington, NY office. You will work closely with the entire Operations team to ensure orders from our DTC website are carefully picked and packed with care. You will also help replenishing inventory and completing inventory cycle counts when needed.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time Position: Mon-Fri 9AM-530PM
• On-site in our Irvington, NY office
• You will be standing most of the day packing orders

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders
• Replenish inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts as needed
• Have a working knowledge of current Electric Picks products and procedures
• Partner with Customer Care team on order/product statuses
• Maintain an organized shipping area and workflow
• Support overall business with goal tracking and reporting
