Job duties and responsibilities will be performed under the general supervision of the Records Supervisors in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to perform a variety of complex clerical and communication tasks. Performance of job duties and responsibilities will be reviewed for accuracy and thoroughness.
This is an essential position in a 24/7 environment. Employees must be able to work rotating shifts to include days, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are typically 11.25 hours with one day per week at 6.25 hours.
Selected Candidates will be required to complete and pass a written test that is designed to measure customer service orientation, listening/communication skills, information processing and problem solving. Test questions are presented as simulations requiring multi-tasking skills, including interpreting customer account information while communicating effectively. This test is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes long. The screening process will include the written test and follow with a 15 minute in-person interview with a panel of three individuals. Candidates will be expected to stay with no interruption for the duration of both phases of the process which may be several hours.
