Sewing Machine Operator

WillowWood is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our Alpha Department. In this role, you will sew and produce high-quality materials used in the manufacturing of prosthetic liners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced with industrial or home sewing machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sew prosthetic liner materials using straight stitch and over-lock machines

  • Follow daily production assignments and work instructions

  • Inspect finished products and perform minor repairs if needed

  • Enter production data into the sewing database

  • Perform basic maintenance on sewing equipment

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing accepted)

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot sewing machines

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Basic computer skills preferred

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
