NOW HIRING – Experienced Sewers / Sewing Machine Operators
Location: Gastonia, NC
About Us:
We are an established insulation fabrication company with a reputation for quality and reliability. We are seeking motivated individuals with previous sewing experience — whether from personal clothing alterations, upholstery, or industrial sewing.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, zigzag, serger, or other industrial machines)
- Perform alterations, stitching, hemming, and assembly tasks according to specifications
- Read and follow work orders and pattern
- Inspect and maintain quality of finished products
- Keep your workspace safe and organized
Hours & Schedule:
- 1st shift — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Consistent hours with overtime opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

- Dependable attendance and teamwork
