Settlements Operations Analyst

StevenDouglas is partnering with a client in the Downtown Houston area in their search for a Settlements Operations Analyst. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will work in the office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• :Support the commodities and energy business by overseeing the setup of deal settlement across various systems and regions and ensuring the accurate settlement of cash flow across multiple currencie
• sManage transaction set up for client accounts including validating payment formatting for outgoing payment
• sReviewing payments, handling issue resolution, and processing SWIFT payment

Requirement

• s:Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fie
• ldPrior internships or work experience within Accounting/Finance related fiel
• dsCommodity trading experience highly preferr
• edPower BI, Alteryx, Python, and/or R experience highly preferr
• edProficiency in MS Exc
