We are seeking a dedicated Setter to join our team on the 2nd shift, working from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, with the possibility of extending to 1 AM. This role requires flexibility to work Saturdays as well. As a Setter, you will be responsible for performing and planning mold changes, setting all process parameters to ensure the production of high-quality rubber parts for the aerospace industry.

Work EnvironmentThe facility is dedicated to producing rubber parts for the aerospace industry, utilizing injection molding machines and hot presses. It maintains a lean six sigma and highly organized environment, with everything having its place. Despite the heat generated by the machines, the facility is equipped with air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature. As an ITAR facility, strict adherence to regulations is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
