Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect


Location: Remote



Compensation Expectation: $90-100/hour

The Role of Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to support AI-driven implementation and adoption initiatives across enterprise customers. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design and pilot standardized implementation packages that accelerate time-to-value and improve customer outcomes.

The Solution Architect will play a key role in shaping how AI-enabled solutions are deployed.



Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on best practices for implementing standardized, AI-enabled solutions to accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and delivery teams to design and refine implementation frameworks.
  • Support pilot programs with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Contribute to documentation, reference architectures, and thought leadership materials.
  • Stay current on AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies to enhance delivery strategies.
  • Assist with enablement and training materials for internal teams and partners.



Knowledge & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise platform implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory or enterprise implementation role, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  • Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in production environments.
  • Experience working in technology advisory, consulting, or enterprise delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application within enterprise platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Travel up to 50% is expected.



Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or advanced architecture certifications).
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives.
  • Strong network within the ServiceNow or enterprise technology ecosystem.
