5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow application development, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
1+ years of experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification for Vulnerability Response
ServiceNow Micro‑certifications, such as Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
