Inova IT Service Management is looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Developer - HRSD to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working day-shift Monday – Friday.
The ServiceNow Developer - HRSD is responsible for advancing IT Service Management, ITOM and ITBM as well as platform foundational functionality through out-of-the-box capabilities and advanced application development. Supports critical operational services and high-priority strategic projects. Serves as an essential resource for several Information Technology Service projects including the foundation re-build, customer/team member experience, CSDM/CMDB, Discovery, PPM and other areas of responsibility.

ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.
Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications.
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective utilization of ServiceNow.
Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices, ensuring our platform remains current.
Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for future reference.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for CIS-HR and CIS-SPM preferred.
