Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Overview

• Experience: 12+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture,

solution design, and implementation.

• Core Function: Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance,

and digital transformation initiatives.

• Work Models: Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Governance: Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards,

and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.

• Solution Architecture & Design: Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules

(e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).

• Integration & AI Leadership: Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.

• Team Mentorship: Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach,

and conduct technical reviews for development teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer,

HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.

• Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design,

and Service Mapping.

• Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.

• Certifications (Preferred):

o ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

o Certified System Administrator (CSA)

o Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications

o Certified Application Developer (CAD)


Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 a year
