Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement MID-less ACC-V solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Design enterprise-wide ACC-V rollout and silent deployment strategies using SCCM/Intune
• Manage CMDB governance, IRE reconciliation, CI lifecycle, and data quality processes
• Configure ACC policies, agent upgrades, collection schedules, and monitoring frameworks
• Support integrations with CMDB, ITOM, Vulnerability Response, and SAM Pro
• Create architecture documents including HLDs, LLDs, and ADRs
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and endpoint teams for secure deployments
• Lead technical workshops, stakeholder discussions, and architecture reviews

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of IT architecture experience with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow platform, including deep expertise in ACC-V MID-less (direct-to-cloud) deployment architecture where agents communicate directly with the ServiceNow instance over HTTPS without any MID Server intermediary
• Ability to architect phased MID-less rollout strategies across geographically distributed store/branch locations — defining agent packaging, silent deployment pipelines via SCCM/Intune, connectivity pre-validation checks, and fallback/exception handling for devices with restricted outbound internet access
• Experience designing CMDB population and CI lifecycle governance in a MID-less context — including IRE reconciliation rules, duplicate CI prevention, software normalization, and relationship mapping driven purely by ACC-V agent-collected data without discovery probe augmentation
• Skilled at leading architecture review boards and client workshops, producing HLDs, LLDs, and ADRs that clearly articulate the MID-less connectivity model, security posture, scalability limits, and operational monitoring approach to both technical and executive stakeholders
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow instance-side configurations supporting MID-less ACC-V — including ACC policy management, collection schedules, agent upgrade orchestration, and integration touchpoints with Vulnerability Response and SAM Pro modules
