Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules
- Experience in developing workflows, customizing forms in ServiceNow
- Experience in ServiceNow VA and Now Assist
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (PagerDuty, Ansible)
- Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations
- Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow automation workflows in ITSM, ITOM modules
- Lead the discussion with application and infra stakeholders, conduct workshops to understand and finalize the requirements
- Design and solution integration of ServiceNow with IT Ops, monitoring and automation tools
- Planning and implementation of new features in ServiceNow (ServiceNow VA, Now Assist)
- Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations
