What You’ll Be Doing
- Program, troubleshoot, and support advanced building automation network systems
- Perform service, diagnostics, commissioning, and optimization of BAS environments
- Support existing customers with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and controls integration
- Work closely with project teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure successful system performance
- Identify and resolve network communication, controls, and programming issues
- Assist with system improvements, operational efficiency, and long-term service support
- Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a trusted technical resource in the field
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with advanced BAS network programming
- Previous experience working within large-scale building automation environments
- Experience servicing, programming, or supporting commercial building automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing customer relationships professionally
Preferred Background
- Current or previous experience with a major building automation manufacturer or controls integrator strongly preferred
- Several years of technician/programming experience supporting advanced BAS platforms since modern UI-based systems were introduced
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical facilities
