I’m actively recruiting for a Service Center Manager—and this is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in industrial equipment (forklifts, lift trucks, heavy equipment) and proven people leadership experience

This is NOT a desk job. We’re looking for someone who can step into a service environment and confidently lead both operations and technician

What you’ll own:

• Leading daily service center operations in an industrial equipment environment
• Managing and developing a team of technicians and service staff
• Driving safety, efficiency, and performance standards
• Partnering with leadership to improve service delivery and operational outcomes

Strong fit if you:

• Have experience with forklifts, lift trucks, or heavy equipment service operations
• Are a hands-on people leader who develops and holds teams accountable
• Understand service center workflows, parts, maintenance, and repair operations
