About the Role

This is an expatriate assignment based in Texas, USA, responsible for leading procurement activities for server components.

The role focuses on supply assurance, cost optimization, and supplier management, working closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to support production and ensure supply chain stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement delivery based on production plans to meet shipment schedules and targets
• Lead cross-border procurement execution and inventory preparation; handle exceptions and slow-moving items
• Analyze procurement costs and develop purchasing plans to reduce loss and risk
• Support supplier negotiations and achieve cost reduction targets
• Lead team toward goals; provide feedback on delivery schedules and work allocation

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Major

Business Administration or a related field

Experience

10+ years of relevant experience

Language

• English: Fluent

• Chinese: Fluent

Tools

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred

Other Requirements

• 10–15+ years of procurement and supply chain experience (manufacturing/EMS preferred), including 3+ years of team management

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solid cost awareness mindset

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluent English for supplier/internal communication
