Server, Brew Brothers - Part Time

This position typically starts at $7.50 + tips per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and fulltime employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Serves patrons by providing information to help food and beverage selections, delivers orders refills, offering assistance in item selection. Server/Employee is well educated with menu offerings, maintains dining ambiance and clean work areas. Delivers service in upbeat, positive manner, learns guest’s names, suggests items and offers assistance.

  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, readytolearn attitude.

  • Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.

  • Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  • Prepares room for dining by table set up; i.e., condiments, napkins, utensils, menus, etc.,
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails, beer, or wine; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate alcohol pairing; answering food preparation questions.
  • Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
  • Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
  • Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen, delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars. Does not call off orders, but knows which orders were placed by guests. 
  • Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs, observing dining process.
  • Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
  • Concludes dining experience by thanking guests for visiting the restaurant; inviting patrons to return.
  • Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card or casino payment and signature slip to patrons.
  • Maintains clean work areas always, replenishes stocks at end of shift and completes end of shift duties. 
  • Follows outlet policies and procedures for operational flow at each Side Station and floor station. 
  • Knows and promotes customer events and programs and can provide accurate information to our guest.
  • Thanks, Guest, for coming in and invites them back as guests leave their dining area.
