Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring & system health checks
- Job status reviews
- Dashboard monitoring
- Email alert reviews
- Handle incident & problem management
- Troubleshoot alerts
- Work on assigned tickets
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Participate in:
- System maintenance (HW/SW)
- Security vulnerability remediation
- Project support activities
- Knowledge sharing / training sessions
- Continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- OR related field
- OR
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- OR
- Associate's degree + 2 years of relevant experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in:
- Server administration
- OR related IT infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Enterprise Infrastructure Management
- Ansible (automation/configuration management)
Scripting:
Preferred:
- Exposure to:
- AIX
- Solaris
- IT Vulnerability Management
- Security & Compliance practices
