Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Customer Experience (Contract)
📍 Location: Chicago / Houston (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer (8+ years experience) with strong ownership mindset and deep expertise in crafting high-quality customer experiences across platforms.
🔑 Top Skills Required:
• Strong command of design principles, visual systems, typography, layout, and color theory
• Up-to-date with emerging UI trends, tools, and technologies
• Proven experience designing for web, mobile, and modern digital platforms
➕ Nice to Have:
• Airline or complex enterprise product experience
• Background in design research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis
• Familiarity with front-end ecosystems (iOS, Android, Web)
• Advanced degree in UX, HCI, or related field
