Are you a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys working closely with both consumer and business clients?

We’re hiring a Senior Universal Banker III to join a fast-growing, community-focused bank in Danville, CA. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor while also supporting branch operations and mentoring team members.

What You’ll Do

Client Advisory & Business Development

• Build and deepen relationships with consumer and business clients
• Recommend tailored financial solutions across checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and lending products
• Support business clients with Treasury Services, RDC, and related solutions
• Participate in local networking and community events to drive new business

Operations & Compliance

• Open, manage, and service complex consumer and business accounts
• Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, KYC, and internal policies
• Review and approve complex transactions while maintaining audit readiness
• Monitor reports and maintain strong fraud prevention controls

Leadership & Team Support

• Mentor junior bankers and support team development
• Partner with the Branch Manager on sales initiatives and performance goals
• Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and a client-first approach

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of retail banking experience (teller + new accounts)
• Strong experience with business banking and client relationships
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, and branch operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office
• Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
