Position(s). We are seeking exceptional senior litigation attorneys to lead and be part of a team litigating some of the most significant disputes involving founders, law firm partners, executives, rainmakers, and business owners. This is not a position for someone who wants routine commercial litigation. If you enjoy identifying leverage, exposing misconduct, developing complex factual records, and winning cases against traditional institutions with ethically questionable tactics--then this is an opportunity for you.
The successful candidate will initially focus primarily on one anticipated high-profile litigation against a large law firm and numerous of its partners, personally (including senior management) in a matter potentially involving:
The ideal client: understands how to build a case from multiple angles simultaneously. You should be comfortable investigating complex misconduct involving ephemeral devices, litigating business torts, litigation employment and discrimination claims, managing emergency litigation with a prolonged multi-pronged aggressive approach, challenging institutional conduct, trial preparation.
Compensation & Benefits
Candidates require J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record; admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction (DC admission preferred but not required).
