Not every litigation role is created equal and not every firm is built to take cases all the way.
If you’re someone who prefers leading cases over supporting them, and actually enjoys the challenge of trial, this is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll drive strategy, own your work, and make a real impact.
Focus Law is a highly respected business litigation firm in Orange County. We represent business owners in complex disputes and take pride in helping them navigate challenging situations and protect what they’ve built, so they can continue to lead, innovate, and succeed.
Our work is reflected in the strong relationships we build with our clients, many of whom consistently highlight the value of our guidance and support through complex, high-stakes matters. Our success is driven by a collaborative team of professionals who are committed to high-quality work and supporting one another.
We are seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience who is ready to take ownership of cases, lead litigation strategy, and operate as a trusted advisor to clients.
This is not a support role. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is comfortable making decisions, guiding clients, and leading cases from inception through resolution in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership.
Our approach to litigation is hands-on and trial-focused. We are not a high-volume settlement firm — we prepare cases with the expectation of taking them through trial when appropriate. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in the courtroom, has experience serving as first chair, and is looking to continue building on that foundation while leading cases with confidence.
We are looking for an attorney who thinks like a strategist, leads with confidence, and is able to effectively manage and delegate work to support staff. You’ll work directly with clients on matters that are not only complex, but meaningful, where the impact of your work is recognized and valued.
