Senior Business Litigation Attorney (Trial-Focused)


Location: Anaheim Hills, CA (Hybrid; initial 3–6 months primarily in-office for onboarding/training)

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 base DOE + performance-based bonus opportunity

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience who is ready to take ownership of cases, lead litigation strategy, and operate as a trusted advisor to clients.


This is not a support role. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is comfortable making decisions, guiding clients, and leading cases from inception through resolution in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership.


Our approach to litigation is hands-on and trial-focused. We are not a high-volume settlement firm — we prepare cases with the expectation of taking them through trial when appropriate. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in the courtroom, has experience serving as first chair, and is looking to continue building on that foundation while leading cases with confidence.


We are looking for an attorney who thinks like a strategist, leads with confidence, and is able to effectively manage and delegate work to support staff. You’ll work directly with clients on matters that are not only complex, but meaningful, where the impact of your work is recognized and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload from initial stages through final disposition, ensuring seamless case progression.
  • Lead all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy.
  • Develop strategic legal approaches and counsel clients on their best legal interests, serving as the primary point of contact between the firm and clients.
  • Represent clients at mediations, depositions, motions, trials, and hearings, advocating for their best interests.
  • Take statements, collect evidence, and collaborate with investigators or experts to strengthen case strategies.
  • Consult with clients, financial experts, attorneys, and other relevant parties to advance case proceedings effectively.
  • Negotiate settlements for both liability and damages to maximize client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing entries in accordance with firm policies.


Education and Experience

  • Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business with experience managing cases through trial and serving in a lead attorney capacity.


Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule based in Anaheim Hills, CA
  • Initial 3–6 months primarily in-office for onboarding and training
  • In-office collaboration balanced with flexibility


Compensation

$175,000 – $200,000 base DOE + performance-based bonus opportunity tied to individual and firm performance.


Actual base pay within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
