Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Trial Attorney based in Birmingham, AL. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, client representation in court, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and managing trials. This role requires collaboration with a dedicated legal team while maintaining a client-centered approach to legal advocacy.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and presenting cases in court
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing legal motions
• Extensive experience conducting depositions
• Strong command of legal principles and experience managing complex legal cases, including medical malpractice and wrongful death cases
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Active license to practice law in Alabama
• 10+ years of experience as a trial attorney preferred
