We’re partnering with a boutique Transaction Advisory firm in Charlotte that is growing and looking to add Senior Transaction Advisory professionals to the team.

WHAT you’ll be doing:

• Financial due diligence (buy-side & sell-side)
• Quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analysis
• Deep dives into financials and operational drivers
• Direct interaction with clients and management teams
• Identifying key deal risks and value drivers

What makes YOU a desirable candidate:

• 2+ years public accounting (audit) background required, preferably large regional
• CPA (or passed all parts) preferred
• Middle-market, hands-on audit experience (substantive testing) ideal
• Open to candidates who moved into industry and want to return to deals
• Leadership, client interaction, and project ownership expected
